Integrations
CRM integrations that work with the tools you already run
Sometimes you just can’t do it all. CommTrak has an ever-growing list of integrations, and we’re always willing to build more. If you don’t see what you need, let’s chat.
Integrations
Accounting & invoicing
Raise the invoice against the job that generated it, and let it reach the customer through the accounting system you already run.
Communication
Communication
Customer conversations belong on the customer record, not in one person’s mailbox or a separate call platform.
Microsoft 365
Powers the Conversations module — two-way customer email tracked inside CommTrak, so replies land against the record rather than an individual inbox.
Mailchimp
Share data to simplify campaign distribution, get more detailed reporting back, and keep sending safely from a segmented list.
CallN
Call recording alongside CallTrak.
Telephony platforms
Telephony platforms
The platforms telco and IT resellers actually sell and support. No general-purpose CRM builds this list.
Reporting & data
Reporting & data
Take CommTrak data further without making CommTrak stop being the source of truth.
Service delivery
Service delivery
For the businesses running managed services and support alongside their field work.
REST API
Not on the list? Build it yourself
CommTrak has a fully developed REST API, so an integration that isn’t in the list above doesn’t have to wait on our roadmap. If your team — or the vendor at the other end — can work with a REST API, they can connect it.
That matters most for the systems nobody else has: a carrier portal, an industry-specific package, an internal tool that has been running the business for fifteen years. Those never make it onto a standard integrations list, and they are usually the ones you cannot work without.
Three ways to connect something
- Use one of the integrations above
- Build against the REST API yourself
- Ask us to build it — most of this list started that way
A good part of the list above exists because a customer asked. CommTrak has been in continuous development for over fifteen years, and the roadmap is still largely shaped by what customers say they cannot work without.
