We know that migrating systems is no easy task. It’s both a financial investment and an investment in your time.
It is therefore a task we take seriously. During your onboarding process you will have a dedicated Account Manager, who will be with you the entire way.
1. Understanding
We’re listening. We have made note of the challenges you are trying to overcome and the reasons you were looking at CommTrak in the first place.
Now it’s our job to ensure this forms part of your onboarding project plan.
2. Consultation
“You don’t know what you don’t know.”
We know that time is precious, so let us do the heavy lifting.
We will advise on all the difficult aspects of implementing a new system – from data import and field mapping, to the best way to build a Workflow or Data Sheet.
3. Planning
Let’s get realistic, and excited! We will set milestones for data migration, training and the perfect Go Live date.
4. Review
We’re not done yet. Once you have settled into the first few weeks using CommTrak CRM, we’ll get together to discuss your progress, additional training requirements and general feedback.
